Fields of Gold

I passed a field on the way to drop a PC off at a customer's today and I felt compelled to shoot it. I only had my 24-70mm lens with me which did an ok job, but I think I would've really done it justice if I'd had my 14-24mm and gone as wide as possible, get everything in there.

Anyway, tomorrow morning as early as I can manage I'll be off on my mini adventure and will update upon my return.

  1. We have just got a 24-70mm f2.8. An awesome lens, but not really the best for landscapes, even though you've done a good job in this cornfield. On the lookout for a 10-24 now. Might try a Sigma one as its had pleasant reviews and a bit cheaper than the Nikon version.

Enjoy your road trip. I guess that means you won't be head banging next week?
